We stayed in the apartment Gradac for five days. Everything was in perfect condition. It's a 3 minutes walk to the historic center and 5 minutes to the sea.
The owner is a really nice guy who will celebrate your arrival with a grappa shot and all the recomendations, directions and help you need.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The landlord and his family made our week, they were helpful, kind and showed alot of courtesy.

Medi's found me all right, and the apartment was lovely, so all was well.
The Medi's were very nice people. We met up at a concert, too. And Ivan met me at the apartment and walked me back to town. And the view. Wow. That must be one of the finest views anywhere in the world.  I've been to lots of places in the world, so I know!!

this is like staying at someones house... its really cute!! dada and her family are so sweet and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. they have a kitten and another cat which are very friendly and playful!! its located straight across from the main bus terminal and near the port, so its not close to the old town but just a short bus trip to get in. definitely recommend it!

Si bien el acceso al Apto.no es muy acogedor, se trata de una habitación(con su correspondiente baño en suite y kitchenette) muy amplia, cómoda, prolija y limpia. El apto se encuentra a escasos 50 mts. del acceso principal a la Old city y cuenta muy cerca,dia y noche,con todos los servicios necesarios. Asimismo su dueña fue muy amable, gentil y accesible a nuestras inquietudes y requerimientos.Se trata de un alojamiento MUY RECOMENDABLE.

We had a great stay in the four person apartment. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a nice terrace to hang out on. Also the lady who runs the place was so sweet. Its also nice staying a bit away from the mayhem of oldtown. place is close to the bus station and the port where you can take really cheap ferries to other islands for the day.  It was very close to the bus station or harbor, but a little bit far from old city, u can take bus anyway. nice apartment. clean and comfortable. good for this price

Great stay: wonderful old charming house, well located, spacious enough and with a splendid view on the see and the fort. The owners are very kind and really help you to discover Dubrovnik and the surroudings with precious advice. We'll certainly come back!

The delicious menu at Tovjerna Sesame includes delicacies such as lobster and truffles. Enjoy them alfresco on the terrace at this charming restaurant, housed within a 19th-century house with orange trees in the pretty gardens. Mid - ranged prices.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet apartment in perfect location.

Stayed there on 22 May. We were booked on Azzura, but they put us on Jadrolinja, so ferry arrived earlier than anticipated, however owner was kind enough to meet at this unscheduled time. Showed us into the apartment and helped us to organise the 3 day pass for the cheap parking garage which is just up the hill beyond the Hilton. Apt is located in a former convent and in the far corner in front of the garden. Can be a bit noisy if there are groups about, on one night a group of girls kept singing late into the night. But is summer time. Close to the old city and has adequate supplies. Bed is comfortable. Would have been great if deposit could have been paid by paypal or credit card and though it did not create a problem for us, I am sure others would have been put off from booking due to this.

We made a fantastic trip to Montenegro. Mr. Lasic was the perfect guide and the whole tour was great. Smaller group and more flexibility makes it much better than the organized tours you will find at the travel agencies down town. Thanks a lot!

The apartment is close to the old city, is comfortable and very quiet.  The Nikola and his wife were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed last year at apartment Siesta. Apartment was clean, nice, quiet. The apartament has a god position to the beaches and the old town. Lasic family is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Croatia very much!

We stayed last year at Apartment Gradac, and loved the Lasic family!! The apartment was very clean. Nice, quiet, yet close accodomations. They will try to tailor make your holiday and make you feel like part of the family. We loved staying with them so much, we are going back before me move back to the USA!

We stayed in Mediteran in September 2009. The apartment was ideally located - just 2 minutes walk to the Old Town and extremely central. There is also a small private beach nearby it which was a lovely bonus and a nice, quiet, secluded courtyard. The owners were so friendly and helpful and there was more than enough towels, linen etc. The apartment itself was very clean and ample room for 3 or 4 people with two nice bedrooms. The pick up was fantastic and the driver was friendly and professional. The location of the apartment could not have been better.

Our Stay has been great from the first second to the last! We loved Dubrovnik, the beaches and the atmosphere. the apartement has a great position to the beaches and the old town, so we have had no car all the time! Mr. Nikolas and his wife has been very helpful and friendly. Transfer from airport 1A! Thank you!

Great apartment, light, airy and spacious. Clean and modern. Nice terrace with a view. All arrangements proceeded smoothly, easy to find etc. In a great spot within easy walking distance of the old town- close enough to be able to come and go easily, but far enough not to be bothered by the late night party-goers. Had 3 nights here, could easily have stayed longer.

We did really enjoy the holiday in Kroatia, and we are looking forward to come back for another holiday in your appartment.

The apartment is right next to the bus station with a line straight to Old Town, which was great. Dada was very friendly and helpful and her English is good. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, a great deal.

Boris and Anna were wonderful hosts helpful in all ways, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the outside kitchen a great asset, organising our day trips an added bonus, a super famliy location, local buses excellent value and reliable, Dubrovnik beautiful.

The apartment was perfectly located, right at the gate to the entrance of the Old City and no stairs. It was very nice with all the amenities of a 3 star apartment. It was super clean and the landlady was terrific. I would stay there again in a New York second.

This is a great apartment. It is quiet, clean, spacey and not  expensive.It's located just around the corner of the old city, but in  a very quiet area. Also just a few minute walking distance from the  park and sea. Nice view of the city. Mr Nicola and wife are very  friendly and helpful. Best deal in Dubrovnik I think. Be back next year hopefully
